Management Team

Brad joined the Catalyst Management team in 2026 as Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations. In this role, he leads key strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence, advancing Catalyst MedTech’s mission to expand access to technologies that positively impact patient care.

Brad brings more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, operational performance, and strategic transformation across healthcare services and related industries. Prior to joining Catalyst, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Healthcare Linens Services Group (HLSG), where he led Sales, Account Management, and Marketing for the regional laundry and linen management provider serving hospitals and health systems.

Earlier in his career, Brad spent eight years with Agiliti, a medical equipment management company, where he held multiple leadership roles. These included Vice President of Operations and Strategy/Solutions Management for the Surgical Services business unit, overseeing a national field-based team supporting operating room equipment and clinical resources. He also served as National Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for developing partnerships and service agreements with global medical device manufacturers for repair and maintenance services.

Brad was born and raised in the Chicago area, where he currently resides with his wife and two teenage children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
